Hi All

I have been pondering this question, as modern practitioners of this religion is there anything that you feel cannot be left out of the ancient practice? And along with that is there anything from the ancient practice that you wouldn't do?

I'm thinking for a lot of people animal sacrifice is something that isn't done. For me it something I don't do, not from a moral objection it just isn't how I was brought up and I don't think I could physically do it.

It would be an easier question to answer if you were more specific, like with animal sacrifice.

Most groups seem to keep strictly to bloodless sacrifice, which was an accepted practice in ancient times. Many groups and individuals who don't practice blood sacrifice are not opposed to it if it conforms to traditional practices, which includes both the ritual and the selection and treatment of the animal.
